Agent Reporting Agreement (ARA) and CTD Reporting Agreement Amended - Effective November 12, 2007
NOTICE OF CHANGES TO THE AGENT REPORTING AGREEMENT
The Board of Directors of Airlines Reporting Corporation (ARC), after consultation with travel agency and carrier representatives, has approved a number of changes to the ARC Agent Reporting Agreement (“Agreement”). Please be advised, in accordance with section XXV of the Agreement - Memorandum of Agreement and Alternative Means of Agent Concurrence - these changes will be effective November 12, 2007. Your continued participation with ARC under the Agreement after the November 12, 2007, effective date will serve as acceptance of the aforementioned amendments.
The amended Agreement will also be published in future editions of the online Industry Agents’ Handbook. Please contact ARC’s Customer Support Center at (703) 816-8003 for questions or further information.

The Board of Directors of Airlines Reporting Corporation (ARC), after consultation with the CTD Advisory Group, has approved a number of changes to the ARC CTD Reporting Agreement (“Agreement”). Please be advised, in accordance with section XXI of the Agreement - Memorandum of Agreement and Alternative Means of Concurrence - these changes will be effective November 12, 2007. Your continued participation with ARC under the Agreement after the November 12, 2007, effective date will serve as acceptance of the aforementioned amendments.
