The VTC Program is designed for travel agencies that want to enjoy the benefits of ARC participation but do not physically issue air, bus, and/or rail, or tickets.
Prospective VTCs will need to download and complete a VTC Application. To ensure a quick and speedy response, please complete the entire application kit prior to submitting.

What to expect after applying
- Once the application is received, it is reviewed for completeness and compliance with the VTC requirements. The initial review process typically occurs within ten days of ARC receiving the application.
- After the initial review, an ARC representative may call you to discuss your application.
- ARC will also send a follow-up letter confirming the status of your application and advising you of any needed additional information.

2 Reclassified VTCs will have $20 drafted from their designated account upon approval into the VTC Program to complete the $195 VTC Participation Annual Fee for the first year. After the first year the full VTC Participation Annual Fee will be drafted from the VTC's designated account in January.
As a reclassified participant, you will need to download and complete a Reclassification Request Application. To ensure a quick and speedy response, please complete the entire application kit before submitting it.
