- Receive a permanent ARC number that identifies true corporate identity to ARC and Industry Suppliers.

- Cash Flow between Industry Suppliers and the CTD is controlled directly by the Corporation through the CTD's designated bank account.

Flexibility built into the CTD program
- A CTD can outsource any function of the process except the legal and fiduciary responsibility between the CTD and ARC to one or multiple Agencies.
- Becoming an ARC approved CTD does not mean that you will no longer be able to work with a travel agency.
- There is no minimum air volume required to become ARC Accredited.
- There is no required time period to the ARC Contract (Corporate Travel Department Reporting Agreement).

How do I become an ARC CTD?
- Complete Form 700, mail it in, and receive and fill out the CTD Application Kit.
- ARC will process the application and make a decision within 90 days of a completed application.
- Ticket stock will be received approximately 7 to 10 days after approval.
