As Vice President - Marketing, Sales, and Customer Care, Mike Premo manages and guides relationships with all ARC customer groups, including travel agents, Corporate Travel Departments (CTD), carriers, and third parties. In addition, Premo is responsible for growing ARC's sales program in support of the company's broad range of products and services.
Mr. Premo brings a wealth of experience to ARC. Before joining ARC in 2006, he served as Senior Vice President - Global Network for TQ3 Travel Solutions, as well as holding senior executive positions at Navigant International, TQ3's parent company. No stranger to Northern Virginia, Premo spent a dozen years with SatoTravel from 1990-1999 where he served as President and CEO. A native of Minnesota, Premo began his industry career with Northwest Airlines followed by Gelco Travel.
