Kathleen O. Argiropoulos, VP and General Counsel, has been with ARC since 1985 and has spent virtually all of her professional legal career involved in the aviation industry.
Her current responsibilities include advising ARC's shareholders, directors, committees, and employees on legal matters involving antitrust, bankruptcy, contract, corporate, and litigation matters. In addition to her legal responsibilities, she is also responsible for the ARC's culture change work.
Ms. Argiropoulos is a bar member of the Supreme Court of Virginia, the D. C. Court of Appeals, the U. S. Court of Appeals for the D. C. Circuit, and the U. S. Supreme Court. She is a member of the American Bar Association (Air and Space Law Forum, Antitrust and Business Law Sections) and the Association of Corporate Counsel. She also served as a director of the Washington Metropolitan Area Corporate Counsel Association ("WMACCA"), and was its president in 1990.
