General Manager, Reporting and Settlement
As General Manager – Reporting and Settlement, Leslie Gilpatrick is responsible for ARC’s core business of reporting and settlement. She reports to Kathi Argiropoulos, Vice President and General Counsel, and is a member of the ARC Executive Board.
Ms. Gilpatrick has been with ARC since 1992 during which time she created a world-class Customer Support Center to service ARC’s travel agents and carrier stakeholders.
Before coming to ARC, Ms. Gilpatrick held a variety of customer service positions with several airlines including Lufthansa German Airlines, Capitol Airways, and Pan Am Shuttle.
