Vice President - Human Resources
Mike Gilliland's responsibilities encompass employment, training and development, compensation, benefits, and Organizational Development for over 400 employees at all ARC locations. Since joining ARC in 1998, Gilliland has managed rapid growth in ARC's employee base, and led the transformation of its talents, skills and experience to deliver secure, electronic settlement and information services.
Gilliland joins ARC from Avery Dennison Corporation; he is a 20-year Human Resources veteran with broad experience in manufacturing companies offering business-to-business information products and services. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Lynchburg College.
