President and Chief Executive Officer
David Collins is responsible for the strategic direction and general management of ARC. He led ARC's conversion from paper-based to electronic services, delivering the benefits of improved economies and performance to ARC participants. During his tenure, ARC has grown over 400% in personnel and facilities, and launched a program of enhanced products and services that continues today.
Even before joining ARC in 1988, Collins was a Travel-industry veteran. In more than 20 years with the International Air Transport Association, he specialized in airline/travel agency relations, and established two subsidiary companies with that focus.
Collins is a Certified Travel Counselor and holds a Master of Arts degree in Economics and Law from Cambridge University.
