Vice President - Technology Services
Randy Black, Vice President of Technology Services is responsible for the architecture and operations of the Information Technology systems in place at ARC, as well as the strategic vision for the IT environment.
Randy joined ARC in 1996 and has over twenty-two years experience in IT management with eleven of these in the travel industry. Randy has a degree in Computer Science and is a regular speaker at technology conferences.
Prior to joining ARC Randy held a variety of management roles at National Processing Company, Humana, Inc, and General Electric.
